Every menu is designed carefully, keeping seasonal produce in mind and working to make sure that waste is kept to a minimum. Whether you are after a spread for 2, 4 10, 60, 100 and so on, I offer lots of different packages. And it doesn’t just stop at food, I can help you design your perfect table setting, form minimal Scandi ‘tablescapes’ to stunning flower centre pieces. Linen, candles and crockery also included.

I provide a variety of options when it comes to working together and catering. Are you after a personal chef to help you and your house hold eat more veg or you simply don’t have enough time, perhaps you are organising a hen do or birthday party and are in need of a sharing style spread, you may even want to host a small dinner party for you and your friends… no matter how big or small, I will work you and your budget to find the best solution.

One of my main focuses through-out the work I is to be as sustainable and eco friendly as possible. I ensure that my partners are as local to the event or to us as possible, sourcing ingredients from the UK or wherever we may be, including the equipment we have or the props we may use. When it comes to food, I purchase what we need and when we need it, avoiding waste whilst still meeting expectations of a client. Food is always seasonal but still abundant, using what we have available to us. I work with a variety of farmers, dried food suppliers and florists across the UK as well as ensuring what we use for tablescaping is eco-friendly.
